Teguran member ofis jadi turning point untuk saya berubah

Turning point saya bila ada member ofis cakap, tinggal ko sorangla gemuk pasni, sebab xxx dah kurus. So saya xnak jadi that ‘seorang’ , NO NO NO. but now bila dah lama dalam journey ni, saya realize that saya bukan saja nak kurus, tapi saya nak fit, nak bentuk badan yang kemas dan hope dapat maintain kesihatan yang baik. Lebih2 lagi as a single parents, sy perlu sihat untuk jaga dan uruskan keluarga saya.

Apa yang pernah cuba tapi tak berjaya : Macam-macam, puasa, tahan lapar tapi without knowledge ttg calorie intake, x berjaya

Workout Routine

Join group workout (class 3-4 times a week) – HIIT , strength, tabata, cardio, Running/ Trail running/ obstacle course. Saya set kan at least one month, one running event , Zumba.

Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: Rest Day
Wednesday: Absolute
Thursday: Absolute
Friday: Absolute
Saturday: Running event/ Absolute
Sunday: Running event/ Absolute

Diet Regime

Breakfast: Herbalife shake + 1L air + 1 biji kurma
Mid-Morning Snack: fruits/sandwich
Lunch: brown rice, ikan or ayam bakar, lots of sayur/ if takde this I will try to control portion based on suku-suku –separuh + green tea/black tea
Afternoon Snack: fruits/nuts/biscuits
Dinner: sandwich/ light dinner with limitations of carbs
Water: must finish at least 3.2 liter of water
