Saya mengambil langkah untuk berjaga-jaga dan menurunkan berat badan saya apabila rakan sebaya sudah mula menghidap diabetic dan darah tinggi.

Workout Routine

Monday: zumba
Tuesday: jog on treadmill
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: zumba/ absolute wellness
Friday: absolute wellness
Saturday: rest
Sunday: jog on treadmill

Diet Regime

Breakfast: bread with peanut butter
Mid-Morning Snack: 🍎
Lunch: rice and vegetables with chicken or fish
Afternoon Snack: almond
Dinner: Noodle soup/ salad
